The famous musician, Bob Dylan once said, "Take care of your memories, for you cannot relive them." I have many memories from when I was little pretty much until yesterday. My memories remind me of happy times and sad times, fun times and boring times. Fun or boring though, Im stuck with them.
My earliest memories seem wierd to me, but sometimes sre the most vivid. The earliest memory I have isfom when I was in preschool. My mom was leaving me ate the school, but I didn't understand, and thought she was abandoning me. I took action immediately, and grabbed her ankels and screamed for her to come back. She eventually got away, but came back for me later that day. The next memory I have is when I was in kindergarten. I, being lactose intolerant when I was little, was forced to drink some milk by my classmates. I did, and it seem to be that bad, considering it was only about a teaspoon. Later in life I had a lot of happy memories.
There have been many good moments in my life, but Ionly remember a few clearly enough to still have them in my memories today. My favorite memory took place on a soccer field in the spring. I was running to the goal, and the ball rolled right in front of me, with the goalie nowhere in sight. I kicked the ball, and it went straight into the net. I also remember my first day of school after moving to Savannah. I stepped into Minnie Cline Elementary School for the first time when I was in 1st grade. I remember being taken to my classroom, and being introduced to the first kid I ever met in Savannah, Shane Webb, Besides the good memories, though, I also have some scary ones.
Some of my scariest memories have scarred me for life, and I still can't forget them. The scariest memory I have is at World's of Fun. My dad had somehow convinced me to ride on the Mamba. I had realised I had made a bad choice pretty soon after that, when we were already halfway up the first hill. Then, we dropped down the hill. I felt like I was falling, and gripped the seat as tight as I could. I still remember that falling feeling today and don't think I'll ever forget it,
All of my memories, good and bad, remind of who I am, and who I used to be. As long as I hold on to my memories, I still can think of the fun times I had when I was little, and the scary times too. Just like Bob Dylan, I also think that you should hold on to your memories, and never forget them.
